Very fun shatter. OPI released 3 different shade of blue shatter: blue, navy, turquoise

How to apply shatter colour:

1. Apply base coat

2. Apply your favourite base colour (in the main picture it was "OPI Skull and Glossbone")

3. Apply shatter firmly and thicker than your usual nail polish. Wait until it dries and crackles! Do not go over it again, if not the shatter will not be defined.

4. Apply top coat

5. Simple and beautiful!

PSST, it's great to touch up chipped nail polish when you are too lazy to redo your nails ^.^

Navy Shatter over OPI Skull & Glossbones...please ignore the fail nail that is my ring finger I was trying to be all fancy and try it diagonal. It would look awesome if I didn't apply it like such a nightmare on that nail lol.
