Tiffany Case is an icy blue metallic base with silver glitter. I really like the base of this, like Honey Ryder it looks metallic in the sun even after it dries down matte. The formula was good on this one, however sad to say this stains really badly. It stained when I swatched it for the photos below and I swatched it again later to show with top coat and used 2 coats of base coat and still had staining. While I like the color the fact that it stains through 2 coats of base coat is enough to make me never grab for it again. I used 2 coats for the photos below.
